Well,There are alot of them out there. I use AVG by Grisoft.com it is free and it is one of the best.

Personally, I've had very good results with Norton Antivirus at home and work. My Mother-in-Law uses McAfee and has had some problems with it. I know some people have had decent success with it, but I wouldn't personally recommend that program.
