I went there as per your post - click my re-saved link below:
http://us.norton.com/walmart-n360md

It said Click the "Download-PC" button. Did you do that, as per the instructions under the heading PC?

It IS a Norton product that they have given you.

Note that we are nothing to do with Norton but mostly folk who post this question on the forum never return. Let us know how you get on because it would be interesting to know why it seems to cause difficulties.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

URL's are unforgiving. Looks like whoever wrote up that link on the package used a forward slash where they should have used a dash and made it useless. Maybe that's why we get so many people who can't find the download.

DAVE

Just the same I went there OK with Norton.com/walmart/n360md on Firefox and IE. It then appeared as us.Norton.com/Walmart-n360md in the address bar, which I saved here. Messy I agree but it shouldn't have prevented the poster getting to the right page.

Yeah I just noticed that in an older posting:

http://www.computing.net/answers/wi...

When I tried the link the OP gave IE forwarded it to the correct download page. Maybe an overly-high security setting prevents forwarding links?

On an unrelated note, the superbowl commercials have been a disappointment so far. Have they shown the Carls Jr one yet?

But, but I thought EVERYONE watched the superbowl.

Yeah that's the one. I guess I missed it. Years of tv watching have trained me to tune out commercials, do a channel check or see what's in the refrigerator.

DAVE
I'm ashamed of you. I thought you would avidly make the point of watching every possible commercial because that's how the programme makers are able to provide their services for free. [I must remember to turn off AdBlock Plus in Firefox].

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I think the Carl's Jr ad was pulled, as was the Go-Daddy commercial.

Bring back the PG tips, and Wallace 'n Gromit commercials; and then there's this classic (which later had its sequel):

Well that's just a darn shame if they pulled that ad.

Derek, you wouldn't believe the commercials I have to put up with when I watch the OTA 'old peoples' stations. I don't, for example, know what a bladder sling is but I know I don't want one.

You mentioned in the other thread you started--that got removed--that you were getting errors trying to install the download. I said you needed to make sure you got the right download. There were a PC, Mac and mobile device downloads. You need the PC download for your acer.
