What looks like a virus in my IE8 redirecting

Specs: Windows XP Home SP3, 2 Gigabytes
Looks like i have a virus that has infected my IE8 that nothing is picking up. When i turned off all ym add ons it seemed to work i just need to find out which one it is. What it does i search something up on google and it redirects me when i click on a link when it does this it goes to a link that shows blank in the tab but i did manage to cath whats in the URL bar: http://www.hbeeweistmt.net/?n=12970... I tried going to this website in my browser and it said the website was unvailble

OK lets do a few things here!
First ownload and run Malwarebytes.
Second lets check your host file
Go to computer->C:->Windows->System32->drivers->etc
Open the hosts file with notepad
It should only have in it, and maybe some text explaining how it works. There should not be any other IP addresses, if there are delete them and save.
If this does not fix the problem please contact me for further steps.

I checked my hosts file, and all was ok. I also checked my services, lmhosts, network and proptocol files, and all was ok there too.

I also updated my virus signature and scanned my PC, but no infections or issues.

Any other suggestions?
