Comment: This comes up when ever i try to connect to the internet. I have dial up so when i double click on explorer, my dial up box comes up ready to connect but then a second explorer window comes up with this in the URL address: about:1772207884
What is it and how can i get rid of it?? I have anti spyware and virus protection but they don't seem to recognize it.
