What is the file extension? Is it .exe or what?

Just a guess- maybe its the file that calls up the BSOD when there is a fatal error.

A google search did not turn up any hits. Nothing found on Trend Micro either.

My computer does not have that file, but I have XP Home.

It's not a windows XP file.
Better do a virus and trojan scan.
Have never heard of it.
Check its properties by right clicking it and report the results here.
