scanned with norton and says that i'm infected with taskdrv.exe. it won't delete it so if anyone can give me any advice, it would be much appreciated. also, when i'm on the internet and another window opens, whether by me or popup, it states that explorer has encountered a problem and closes the open windows. any ideas or suggestions?
