What is PL15Co2K.exe?

CPU/Ram: 2.8Ghz 1GB RAM

So I just noticed in my task manager a file running names C:\WINDOWS\System32\PL15Co2K.exe. What the heck is it? I can't find anything about it good or bad. Please help.

umm that my friend is a spy virus/infection..better have that checked out

use avg 6.0 antivirus to find it and delete and or tell u where the hell it is so u can delete it.and its free to us all enjoy
