What is C\WINDOWS\system32\anti.vbs

Specs: Windows XP
Whenever I put on my computer I get this Can not find script file"C\WINDOWS\system32\anti.vbs"
And I am finding difficult to open files of Microsoft.

It looks like it's the remains of a virus that has been removed. You just need to remove the startup command that is trying to run it. You could do this by running MSCONFIG, but that's a bit messy, the better way is to download & install (free) CCleaner from HERE. Once installed, open it and look under the 'tools' section, click on 'startup', look down the list for the line that you are having the error with and delete it.
