Beql.exe is more than likely W32.Bugbear.B.
You also have a W32.Welchia infection:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wins\svchost.exe

First, Go here and run an online virus scan and copy the report and paste it in a reply.

Also, you should get rid of HKCU\..\Run: [msmc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\mscpbo.exe

It seems to be ClientMan, described here <http://doxdesk.com/parasite/ClientMan.html>. I got some crazy new strain that is particularly hard to detect and fix. First try to delete the file and the registry key. If it keeps coming back, try killing all unneccessary processes and then delete. If it still comes back (as it did on mine), you might need to search your temp folders (Documents and Settings/~username~/Local Settings/Temp on XP) for other instances of the same file. Also, it seems there was some sort of install program running, also located in that directory, even though it didn't show up in task manager. And that was what kept the new instances of the file coming.

John
