What if my pc is looking for tasksmng.exe?

Specs: Windows XP
My anti-Virus scan and detect "TASKSMNG.EXE" i don't where i get it.. but it was detected and move to chest.. when i restart my computer while loading my settings it is searching for the tasksmng.exe.. and the dialogbox said "C:/Windows/Tasksmng.exe can't be found.. What will i do to remove the searching dialogbox when i start-up? Please help..

The problem is that the file has been removed but the link to it is still in your start-up list. Easiest way is to download & install CCleaner, then use it's Tools/startup function to remove the item that's trying to load the missing file.
