Specs: Windows Vista
I have just installed Kaspersky tonight and all was good until I restarted my computer after a scan and now it says that the virus scan is out of date but the malware isn't (it's the same program!)... I don't know what to do and it's really frustrating as it took me all day to get Norton off my computer to be able to install Kaspersky.. I thought I'd finally done it.. HELP PLZ SOMEONE what do I do? :(

Your machine may be infected...some viruses corrupt the dll file during installation and creates log file with fragments// ur machine cant read the files...or the program database is out of date...which mean the current program is not there....

check ur firewall setting...update settings and time... zone time.. the version of the software(when created or modified)...
