what exactly can you see and read if you have access to router logs from another computer,can you see what is typed and written etc, ? thanks in advance

Usually no, you can only see the headers (who it came from, who it went to, and how big it was) but storing the payload for every packet is normally just too much information.

Of course, it's entirely possible, depends on how the router is configured.

thank you very much,my friend said he set up someones laptops and router at home for them, "they are teenagers" and he said to me that he did not install a program to watch them,he said he just made it so he could access there router logs and i was wondering what that ment,thank you again.

A router log is a web activity log that records the websites visited. It is accessible only from the router itself
