Hi guys,

Once in a while I get customers with malware
problems and I am tired of using 5 different
tools to get rid of it. Sometimes
Avira/SuperAntispyware is enough to do the
job but, like recently, after running
superantispyware a couple times I got rid of
the popups. Then I ran Kaspersky off of HIren's
Boot CD but google was still going to
netherlands google instead of us google.

Installed new browsers, same issue. After
running a bunch of stuff like CWShredder, and
some other fixes it seemed like the problem
was almost gone. I also ran a Windows check
using a run command (requires windows cd)
and did used some other tools off the cd.

After I restarted I couldn't get into windows
anymore. I run chkdsk and then finally I had to
do a windows repair and I was back in.

Everything is ok now but I would really like to
know the proper way to eliminating malware
quickly and efficiently.

What do you guys usually use, in order, and
how effective would you say it is?

think and use what ever you have. thry to figure out what target it is. how it work. actually no antivirus /anispyware/ antimalware can completely remove if you infected. they best way is try to find what is the target.

good luck.
