Can I take it that you mean the files and "folders" displayed?

ATI and Intel are best left there (unless someone else says otherwise).

PROGRAMF is a new one one me. What's inside it?

Similarly, what is inside the folder with the long number?

Regdump.arm9 seems unnecessary because it is 0 bytes (but don't delete any old 0 byte file or folder).

WUTemp was almost certainly Windows Update and can now be deleted.

My downloads is normal.

avg7qt(2)Dat looks like a second copy of an AVG Update file. Use Search - if there is a file of the same name elsewhere without the (2) it is probably safe to delete it.

Drivers is normal.

I'll leave the rest to others.

In the numbers (2690ab0918135342e0b69f2b7b1859) folder theres a log file called msxml4-KB927978-enu.
In PROGRAMF theres a folder named WEBCHEM1 then I click that and theres nothing.

The file msxml4-KB927978-enu.exe is the download for an MS Update. If you are not set to show all file extensions you might not see the .exe part.

Do a Search/All files & folders for KB927978. If it finds any other entries then its a pretty sure sign that the update has installed. You could also see if KB927978 appears in Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs. In which case there is no need to retain the download, so that folder can be deleted.

Can't make much sense of WEBCHEM (although it kinda rings a bell somehow). Have a look in Google to see if the hits there make any sense to you.

I tried googling webchem but found nothing related.
Also, most of the folders are empty if that helps.

It looks like the Limewire one was an "installer" so if it is now installed then it has done its job so there is no further need to keep the download.

There are odd times when empty folders are put in place for future use but it is fairly rare. Otherwise if they are empty then I can't see why you shouldn't delete them. If you want to play safe then list any empty ones you've not already said were empty and we can see what we make of them.
