I keep on getting those popup protectors you see in SP2 (like activeX blocked, popup blocked etc.)

Well I keep on getting it at the bottom of the page on everywebsite!! Even this one as I type.

It says

"To Help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

I right click and says...

"Allow Content.
What the Risk."

I click whats the risk and I get ..

"Refresh.
Open in Window.
Close toolbar."

What is this all about?
