Weird IE Toolbar

Help! I have a toolbar in my IE browser, right below the address bar, and I can't get rid of it. If I right-click on the regular toolbar I get the option to checkmark certain things like "standard button," "address bar," and "links." But now there is a new option called "hiesthstkpd." I can uncheck it, and the bad toolbar will go away for a short time, but then it comes right back. I have AdAware, and found that NCase was on my computer. I removed it, but the toolbar isn't gone. Any suggestions??
