Weird file, cant delete, help plz

I downloaded a weird file on Kazza the other day and I cannot seem to delete it. The file is supposedly a .bmp with a really long file name. Its about 20k in size. Opening the file (bad idea I know) just opens up a blank document in paint. It will not allow me to open it in notepad.
I have tried deleting the file from DOS, and tried loading several file shreading programs. They all tell me that the file has either a corrupt or too long of a file name. Right clicking on the file does not give me a delete option. I cannot drag the file out of the folder to drag it into the recycle bin.
I ran my Anti Virus and it did find Nmida on my system and deleated it but I am still unable to delete this weird file.
IF you have had experience with this file or you have any suggestions on how to remove it, please help me :)

Ok, nevermind I found out how to delete it. Everything, and I mean everything failed till i found this.
This is a common Kazaa "virus"
To remove the file rename the my shared folder in the kazaa directory to pipo. Open up the command prompt, and change to the c:\program files\kazaa\ file.
Then try 1 of 2 things.
Either type del pipo.
or if that does not work, change directory to c:\program file\kazaa\pipo (or wherever your newly renamed pipo file is located and type: del pokemo~1.bmp you should now be pokemon file free...
Worked for me!
