Hi people,

Perhaps somebody could help. I work for a charity in uk and we have been informed that their is a link on the web with the same 'url' but it points to a porn site?...I found the link and it appears that some porn merchants are hijacking people wanting to visit our site and diverting them to the porn site...seems they have copied the meta tags what can I do.

So, your saying that when people go to this website, they get redirected to a porn site? Who is the web hosting company? You will want to contact them about this one.

Also, you can try to change the meta tags.

Thanks Zach,

Have found the host and emailed them with the problem on hand, they said perhaps the search engines got mixed-up?

So explained to the person 'theft' of meta-tags is not good business and if he feels that his client is not running a porn site at the ip address then we would like a email from him and his client to confirm this. The only other options I think is left is to contact the US Embassy and ask them to guide this poor hosting company in question.

Once again thanks for the feedback, the hosting company is based in Florida.
