Hello,

I installed the server version of Webroot antispyware on a Server 2003 computer and everything went fine until I tried to run the program. When I bring up the admin console it asks me to login, but when I put in the user name and password it says the authentication failed.

During installation it wants you to setup an admin account and gives you the option of using a Local Account or an Active Directory account. I have installed it several times using first the Local Account option and then I tried using the Active Directory option, but neither option seems to work.

Is there anyone with some experience setting up server security software that can help with this?
