I use AdSubtract Pro 3.0, well worth the money as it gets rid of 99.9% of ads.

Thanks. I've been re-fromatting my comp (and I have to again, now. LOL), so I've been asking for software reccomendations.

I have the pro version but the above is a free firewall. You may also use the HOSTS file from the also free Spybot Search &
Destroy.
