Web browsing problem...I think from a virus..

Specs: Windows XP
I can surf the web, I just cantDownload any kind of anti-virus protection, dosent matter if it is free or i pay for it. My computer says that there is a connection issue but i'm already online, and i do a diagnose problem no problem is found. is there any way to know where this viruse is to remove it manually or is there some why to bypass this to get virus proctection onto my computer to clean this thing...

HI there,

Your computer is infected with virus which is preventing you to download . At first restore your browser settings to default and then give a try. If it works then ok else you need to install a good antivirus to scan your system for getting rid of this problem. To reset your browser to default settings follow the steps below.,

Goto Control Panel--->Internet Options--->Advenced and at the bottom you will see reset button press it and confirm it.

Once done restart you system and give a try.
