warning spyware detected

Need help please, have managed to download a virus/trojan.running xp. 1st was a screensaver ''warning spyware detected''etc. would not allow to run avg or spybot.taken over registry/tskmanager.will only allow access to certain webpages, eg wont allow access to any antivirus. I have managed to download Kasperspy on other pc and transfer across but am unable to register the trial version.i have scanned but it hasnt found/fixed the problem. What i did find was a file ''getfn32.dll.any help at this moment would be most welcom.

Hi stern. Nope - wont allow the link to open even if i copy in address bar. Dont know how but it lets me open normal web pages but any link to a scan or antivirus wont open.Cheers Fuming Paul.
