Heya Zombius,
You HJT log looks alot better.
We'll fix the XP Antivirus 2008 program listing but first there's one more line to fix with HJT.
Open HJT and click on "Do a system scan only", navigate and put a check mark next to the entries shown in RED below.
Be sure to mark the correct entries as HJT does repairs at the registry level and an incorrect selection can cause serious damage to the operating system.
O24 - Desktop Component 0: (no name) - C:\Program Files\Windows NT\profsyvyr.html
Let's remove any stray folders XP Antivirus 2008 may have left behind.
Next navigate to the folders in RED BOLD below and delete them if found:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\XP antivirus<<<THIS FOLDER
C:\program files\XPAntivirus<<<THIS FOLDER
That should have taken care of XP Antivirus 2008 appearing in your start menu items.

A very good online scanner which detects and removes infected files is BitDefender, it is adviseable to run it in case any infected files have been overlooked by the scanners we have just used.

The SAS and MBAM programs are excellent on-call Anti-malware programs that can be kept and run periodically.
It appears you haven't got an anti-virus program installed. An Antivirus resident scanner will detect and alert you if there is any malware trying to enter your system.
There are plenty of very good free choices available, I've linked you to a few of them below:
Avast! HERE
AVG HERE
AVIRA AntiVir HERE
It is important that only one anti-virus program is installed as they can conflict and cause system instability
