Hi, I've got the W32.SpyBot.Worm infecting this system32.exe file, but I'm not able to delete it. I'm assuming it's an important file for setup, but is that right? Symantec instructions are not helpful! What can I do?
I would also clean the temp files, cookies, recycle bin, etc. with this ccleaner
