Hi, I've got the W32.SpyBot.Worm infecting this system32.exe file, but I'm not able to delete it.
I'm assuming it's an important file for setup, but is that right? Symantec instructions are not helpful!
What can I do?

Thanks in advance!
Sarah

System32.exe is most likely the worm. Run this free online scan Panda and be sure to set it to auto clean if that option is available.

Also be sure to purge System Restore

I would also clean the temp files, cookies, recycle bin, etc. with this ccleaner
