I appear to have the w32/Sasser.E Worm. The startup tab in msconfig shows lsasss on startup tab. I'm running the latest version of AVG free edition. What would be the easiest way to remove the worm. Thanks so much!

Try running the removal tool at this link Symantec's Sasser Removal Tool

Scroll down to where "warning" is written in red and read the procedure.

I tried the Sasser Removal tool and it didn't detect anything. I also noticed that I have Lexmark_x79-55 which appears to be trojan zonebac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Another strange thing is that I'm getting a popup box when I start the computer that says "yay" and you need to hit ok to get rid of it. It pops up from time to time thereafter.
