I did a scan on my system with norton's and it says that i have 11 files infected in my folder C:\_RESTORE\TEMP i tried to quarentine them and it says quarentine failed then when i try to delete them it says delete failed so i did what the norton thing says about doing it in safe mode but it still wont let me quarentine them can someone help
