Comment: Hello! I am writing to try and help a friend of mine. His problem is this: He has a couple of viruses on his computer, Namely W32.Conycspa.G@mm and Trojan.Spamforo I have followed the directions for removal on the Symantec site and have unfortunately not had any luck as after a little while the Norton AV picks it up and says it has deletd the virus. He and I both have run the complete virus scan with Norton and it is not picking up on any viruses. It says 0 viruses found. I am baffled about this as the 2 aforementioned viruses keep popping back in but the virus scan is not finding it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron Hello! Reply: (edit)Hi Ron have you deleted the email that caused it? Have you switched off system restore? If you go to nowyoudo.co.uk there is a page full of links to online virus scanners one might find something. If any advice helps, please post back as it might help others.
