Comment: I REALLY NEED HELP......my comp has been infected with the w32/busm.1445 virus..i need as much info as i can get on this.....i cant download any AV's because its automatically infected .....i cant even get into my msn messenger or the msn explorer..every one of my EXE files have been infected....is there anyone who can give me advice on how to remove this virus?

Reply: (edit)I find nothing on the Symantec site nor do I find it in the list of viruses on my Norton AV prog. Have you spelt it properly ? W95/Busm.1445 removal details are here.... http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w95.spaces.html You will to use another computer to create the rescue discs.

Reply: (edit)hi brittany, you may want to try this,if you can, create a boot disk on someone elses uninfected computer and also download f-prot for DOS from wilders.org, free tools section, then boot up from the disk, and scan your computer in dos with f-prot. f-prot is the best free anti-virus for DOS. hope this helps, murve
