Subject: VX2 PLUGIN For Ad-Aware Se 1.02OS: win98seCPU/Ram: 96MB |
Comment: I installed the Ad-Aware Se 1.02 today and am trying to install the VX2 Plugin. I downloaded it and thought I installed it - according to my search it's in downloads and C Program files\Ad aware Se Personal\Plugins but when I open up Ad-Aware and click on Add 0ns nothing shows up! I've installed it several times to see if that made a difference but no luck. Anyone have any ideas what I might have done wrong? Thanks

Reply: (edit)I think there is something wrong with the Ad-aware SE Personal ver 1.02 software...when I installed it it said if I wanted to keep my plug-ins from the previous version but none of them were reloaded from my previous version........I tried reloading all my plug-ins and the installation wizard says it is doing it --> to the Ad-aware SE Personal ver 1.02 but none of them are showing up on the Add-Ons. Reply: (edit)Please excuse the double post! Here's some more info: (Note: "Plugins" are now called "Tools". The "Tools" tab in the "Add-Ons" section should take you to the plugins.) You need to install the "new" plugins in SE. Links are provided below. Add-Ons for SE Team Lavasoft
