You are certainly infected. I wish this forum would allow you to post Hijack This logs with a request but for now it does not. This post will be deleted by the moderator because you cannot post a Hijack This log on this forum without being requested to by a helper. After this thread is deleted start a new thread and state only the problem, no logs please.
