My anti virus(Microsoft Security Essentials) detected a virus and asked me to clean it up. After deleting the virus, it asked for a reboot. After the reboot, my windows did not start. After pressing the power button to switch it off and back on, it took me to a welcome screen with an "Other User" account and requires a user and pass which I dont know. I tried startign it in safe mode, and it takes me to the same screen which requires a login. I didnt have any sort of an account on my laptop. Also there is no, power button on the right bottom corner to swtich off or change user option. Dont know how to access into my laptop, Can anyone please advise on how to solve the problem
