Comment: I think I have a virus/malware. I uses antivirus Panda titanium 2004 and Ad-aware SE professional but still unable to find the culprit. Pls Help. I became suspicious when: 1. Antivirus keeps complaining there is a virus Trj/Qhost.gen changing the file c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, everytime I login. 2. hostsvc.exe trying to connect to a suspicious server called http://www.sandnigger.biz at port 80. I blocked it. still can't figure out where is the culprit. Help :(

Reply: (edit)You may be the victim of a "hijacking." Have you tried to download and run Hijack This? It's another free program similar to Spybot - more thorough but not quite as user-friendly.
