First off When i Logged onto My Mothers Laptop OUT OF SAFE MODE, It Loaded everything up then about 10 seconds of being on It Automaticlly Shut The computer down and Restarted! So Then I Logged On to the GUEST Account and it didnt Automaticlly Shutdown It Stayed On So I Was thinking it was a Virus in Some of her files on her account, So I Uninstalled Tons of ToolBars/Game Programs/Unwanted IM Programs, Then I Deleted Her Whole User Account After Makeing another Admin account. So After all of that I Am Able to Get On the internet and Run Some Programs. Well When i Try to Run Anti virus Programs They will not run or They will show me an Error, So I downloaded Malwarebytes and some others that usually work on Virus that block Antivirus Programs, Still they were Blocked. I Open Task Manager and i Click Services and noticed Alot Of Them Are STOPED! The Computer keeps giving me a "Windows Explorer Has Stoped Working" and "Internet explorer Has Stopped Working" Blah blah. I AM asking What should i do to make the virus or whatever go away make the 2 year old laptop Runing Back At Normal speed Without WRITEING ALL ZERO'S To the computer????
