i have a virus in my MBR ot bootsector which disables any antivirus program which i put on there. How do i get rid of this virus? Does it have something to do with a "low level format" if so what is this?? please helpme with this problem

i do not no, but it may be like a stealth virus becasue online virus scanners do not pick it up. The viruse scaners get rid of the virus on the drive but as soon as i boot my computer it start playing up again,
