Reply: (edit)If ZA finds them, I take it that it cannot delete them. If so, start by downloading TrojanRemover from: http://www.majorgeeks.com/Trojan_Remover_d903.html then turn off system restore, empty your browser cache and recycle bin, restart in Safe Mode then install & run TrojanRemover (it's shareware but will do its job & you can uninstall it afterwards). Then re-run ZA before restarting normally & turning on System Restore. Post back with the results of this. "I know that I'm mad - I've always been mad..."

Reply: (edit)Ok so i ran the program in safe mode and it didnt pick them up. But also my zonelabs does not have the option to turn off system restore. My version of Za is Security suite 6.0.667.0. The virus is still picked up by ZA. What should I do now? Andrew R Knutson

Reply: (edit)Try using an on-line scanner - Trend lists your virus & says it can be removed: http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=TROJ%5FVLINCE%2EA&VSect=P "I know that I'm mad - I've always been mad..."
