Viruses Gone?

So, yesterday, my computer got infected with loads of spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. This got so bad to the point where none of my programs would work (all of the files were corrupt). I turned it off and went to bed, and I woke up to turn it on so I could try it again. This time, everythings working, and all of the viruses are gone. I've run a scan with AVG twice, CCleaner, and Spybot Search & Destroy, and they all say im clean, while yesterday they all identified least 47 trojans. Any ideas?
