Hi, I have been having a really bad wekk. i have been having worms, trojans and hackers. What i would like to know is i have two diffrent fire walls -Norton internet security 2002 and Zone Alarm 3 pro. Which one is better or which one should i use? Also is there any way to make sure all my viruses are gone.
your not using two firewalls at the same time are you?
not a good idea if you are
do a full system scan with your av software making sure you have an updated signature base.
there are online virus/Trojan scans use the search button at the top of this page type in online virus scans

As Tim mentioned, you don't want to run two software firewalls at the same time. They will conflict each other and cause problems!!You have both programs already? If so,take each firewall(one at a time) and set it up.Go to pcflank.com and do the firewall test scans.See which one does better.*Just my personal preferrence here(I have Sygate free firewall),I would go with Zone Alarm Pro.Both firewall programs that you mentioned are known to use quite a bit of resource space.I definitely would un-install one of them(ZA is a little tricky un-install sometimes).Test them and you decide.Regards.JB

Make sure you have an antivirus program also as the firewalls do not protect against viruses.
Good luck.
