Does your keyboard have a Windows button? Its usually next to the ctrl and alt buttons at the bottom. If you hold the Windows button down and press the "r" key, it will open the "Run window". (Windows key + R key)

Then do the following to disable all startup programs including viruses set to load at startup:
1. Select "services" tab -> check "hide all microsoft services" -> then "disable all"
2. Select "startup" tab -> "disable all"
3. Click OK and Restart
