Virus using memory

My computer is using 1352 MB as commit charge when I control.alt.delete. Yet when I add all the VISIBLE proccess and their memory usages, the total comes to less than 600 MB. Does this mean I have a virus hogging all my memory? Thank you, I have tried researching this to no success.
