hi my updates for avg wont work i had kaspersky before that and it wouldnt either i was alerted to a poss trojan by the game world of warcraft it said i had a trojan called trojan-downloader win32.agent varient risking my online account i scanned with kaspersky originally and it found a trojan but when i tried to quarantine or disinfect it kept repeating the process over and over for about 7 mins till i gave up and closed the screen i then installed avg but it couldnt find the trojan and the updates wont work plz help im stuck

There may be an unistaller for Kaspersky on their site, I'm not too sure, 1st of all I would D/L Ccleaner slim (no yahoo toolbar) to your PC and remove all the junk files safely. Then download Malwarebytes and run that and let it fix any problems found and lastltly then I would say try avast free, let it do a bootscan on reboot and then move all it finds into the chest. I would suggest using Spyware Blaster and Spybot S&D also using the immunization mode. Then you could top it off with Winpatrol which will keep a close watch on your PC for any programs that want to mess up your PC All the free progs can be found in my signature link on one page for easy access.
