I have a strange problem. Once I boot my PC and log on to a user, there is a press of key "S" continuously. eg. when I open a doc, Char S is typed on its own. Same will all applications. Can someone help to remove this.

This is more commonly a problem with the keyboard than a virus. Try pressing the 'S' key. If it's a bit sticky, you might want to remove it and clean it.

But this is a laptop...And this is new too. I dont sense a problem with the keyboard. And it takes for the system to boot and log in to get into this trouble

Doesn't sound virus like to me either. New machines can have problems too. If something is sometimes bridging the circuit under key S then the key itself might feel perfectly fine.

When this happens hit key S fairly hard a couple of times and see if it stops it. That would be a sure sign it is keyboard.
