I am facing some problem in my desktop comuter regarding my some windows option disappeared like (Run) and (folder Option). please advice me easiast soloution as soon as earlier.

Why do you think its a virus problem?

Sounds to me like the settings are messed up. Try system restore.

Or try creating a new user account. If you get folder options & run back. After copying settings explorer favourites etc from the original account to the new account.
You can then delete the original account.

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.
