Strange situation...
5 computers logging to a remote network using Citrix...
All 5 users use OutlookXP on XP Pro computers...all fully patched and NAV up to date...
All 5 pst files are stored on the Citrix box...NAV CE installed...
Yesterday, 2 computers were turned off...on the other 3 computers the pst files have vanished...no trace...
We have searched them with a couple of file recovery tools...nothing...
Does anyone know if there is some kind of virus/worm/etc that deletes pst files???
Virus logs show nothing...
Thanx
Steve

the last is just a .pst exch faq.

I have experienced the same excat behavior.
1 client with two PST files stored locally. XP Pro and Outlook XP. The exchange server went down and the client says that ever since then she has not been able to access the PST files. She turned off her computer at the end of the day and called for help on the second day. The PST files have vanished without a trace. Recover 4 All and EasyRecovery Professional do not find the files as deleted and NAV CE does not show the computer as ever being infected.
Strange situation indeed...
