Ok, my sister months ago Dl'd sumthin from limewire or sumwhere and i think got our computer a bad virus or sumone whoe manipulated the computer remotely....anyways i went to update my iTunes and i go to download iTunes and it says i do not have sufficient priviledges to download it..and i need to be logged on as the administrator.....well we did get this comp from my moms friend and she doesnt remember anypassword...well ive looked in alot of other forums and tried going through all the "regedit" tricks and when i try to change the settings to one of the lets say DWORD settings it will say that it cannot change them..and itll say the same for everything else...so i think im pretty much screwed...because i cant download any kind of password recovering software or install any becuase i need the admin pasword....so its like a circle u see? any ideas of how to override anything...or what do u thinki should do...i really need to buy a new computer to start w/' which is my next objective...but i really need to get this fixed now.....and is there anyway i could just completely WIPE OUT everything on the comp..be like starting from scratch..maybe get rid of the problem and the admin pass needed thing....i would have no problem doin that cuz i dont have much important stuff on here... thanks

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from one of these sites: MalwareBytes1 MalwareBytes2 1. Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application. 2. Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. 3. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. 4. Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan. The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient. 5. When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. 6. Make sure that everything found is checked, and click Remove Selected. 7. When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediately. 8. The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. 9. Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply. If you have access to another computer download MalwareBytes to a cd and run it on the infected computer then post its log.
