virus serious bad no one else help

my friend has just got a virus it is screwing up the computer badly it is reseting the pc, changing icons, deleting files, opening programs, typing in jibberish, make the moniter go funny and making horrible sounds. my mate has used 3 different virus programs but none of them can detect it what should he do???????????

Trojans and virii typically insert themselves into the Windows registry at the following locations:
If no virus or trojan scanner can detect it, you can still look for it with the registry editor.

get a copy of Tauscan (agnitum.com) and regmon 4.3 and a decent firewall. Log onto net with PC and right click the tauscan icon and select show ... look for a trojan connection and kill it ... it will show you exactly what the who hacked you, put on your pc :)
