Subject: virus scanning an emailOS: wxpCPU/Ram: 1.8g/512 |
Comment: Hello Everyone, I automatically delete any email when I don't know the sender. I have an email that is arousing my curiosity, but I won't open it until I can scan it. Is there a way I can scan before opening. The system does not allow my a-v to scan it, as always thank you in advance for your help, frank

Reply: (edit)Most reputable AV apps. scan email's for viruses, so delete it if you cannot scan it. Remember curiosity killed the cat... Purgamentum initium, exitus purgamentum

Reply: (edit)Thanks Wombat, no way would I try to read it unless I can scan it. I will hold off in case someone may have a way to scan it or else it will be headed for the junk heap.
