virus removel

i got this virus it was w32.passwordstealer or something like that well norton caught it and quarantined it but the problem is when i try to run trendmicro's housecall i can get to the page where i click on accept the terms and launch housecall and when i try to launch it my web browser closes it runs fine on the other computer i have please any help would be great
may be it will be better to delete the quarantined file?

i deleted the quarantined files in norton just as soon as it finished and just ran an online scan with bitdefender and it found that the c:\windows\system32 active scan folder pskah.dll was infected and tried to quarantine it but couldn't so deleted it but still cannot run microtrend
