Virus removal or advanced manually remove

I got this trojan infected inside my computer system32 folder. My AV already quarantine it and i already manually deleted it however it keeps coming back. The virus basically pop up IE by itself showing a chinese website. How can i make an advanced manual remove of the trojan?
I thought it got something to do with IE so i deleted it off from my laptop but my AV-NOD32 keep getting the virus.. Win32/FlyStudio.NOH. This trojan create its own folder inside system32 too.
Any expert out there can help me to remove it manually?

yo ur IE is hijacked run http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-do... in safe mode and go in ur windows/system32/drivers/etc folder and delete the hosts file and it'll be fixed good luck and dont delete any other files in that directory!

maleware bytes will remove 99% of the malware u have and rememeber to update the malware scanner usin the update! good luck reply when u get it workin, but it wont fix ur browser bein hijacked u need to run the scanner then delete the hosts file good luck reply
