hi
I am facing three virus problems in my windows xp
1.Comand prompt not opening
2.c,d drive is not opening,it is opened through explorer
3.a auto folder is generated with the extension of .exe while working on USB.
please help and provide possible solution if it is possible some regedit please tell
with regards

Try all the usual cleaners and spyware progs. I have the free ones listed on one page to save you searching, they are on the link in my signature as well as basic instructions on how to run them.
