virus or worm windows 2000 old computer

I can't get rid of a virus or a worm on a Windows 2000 Old computer do you have any suggestions I've downloaded Malwarebytes, Mcafee, Free.avg.com, and Mozrilla Foxfire. Any suggestions on what my next step should be.

I would consider using Avast and performing a "boot time" scan. It will scan the computer before it loggs in and removes anything before it can get into the ram!
